On Friday morning, a building in West Virginia experienced an explosion as a result of a tractor trailer reversing into it.
The incident took place on May 19th at 6 a.m. specifically on Circle Drive in Baxter.
The truck driver was in the process of backing up to unload a load of gravel when an unintended collision occurred with the side of a building, resulting in the severing of a gas line. The severed gas line then ignited, leading to a fiery explosion.
Fortunately, the building was unoccupied at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported. The fire engulfed the building for a minimum of two and a half hours.
