McPherson is cooperating with the authorities and willingly underwent a blood draw, following the standard procedure for fatal crashes. Based on current information, speed, drugs, and alcohol do not appear to have played a role in the accident.
According to an incident report from the sheriff’s office, the section of CR 300 North where the incident occurred lacks street lights, and Singh Dhillon was not wearing reflective clothing.
