Milk Truck Overturns, Leading to Closure of I-395 Ramps in Bangor

Austin Davis, aged 35, the driver of the milk truck, was transported to a local hospital to receive treatment for injuries sustained in the accident. As per the latest release, his current condition remains unknown.

The Bangor Fire Department announced on Twitter that both the entrance and exit ramps at Exit 3 on I-395 westbound were shut down to facilitate the crash scene clearance.

The Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) notified the public via Facebook that the closures were anticipated to last for several hours.

The Maine State Police, aided by the Bangor Fire Department, MaineDOT, and the Department of Environmental Protection, are conducting the investigation into the incident. Initial findings suggest that excessive speed may have been a contributing factor to the accident.
